The Whistle Blower mechanism provides a secured framework through which Directors, Employees and their representative bodies and all stakeholders of the Company can voice their concerns about suspected unethical or improper practice or violation of Code of Conduct or complaints including but not limited to fraudulent accounting, auditing or disclosure practices of the Company. The mechanism also provides adequate safeguards against victimization of persons who use this mechanism and make provision for direct access to the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Through this mechanism all stakeholders of the Company can approach the Chief Ethics Officer of the Company or the Chairperson of the Audit Committee or utilize ‘Ethical Channels’ enabled for all group companies of CIE Automotive, S.A. to voice their concerns as mentioned above.
